FxPro’s accounts differ in one thing that matters: how you pay for each trade. On Standard the cost is inside the spread; on Raw+ and cTrader you get a raw spread and pay a commission. Here are FxPro’s published prices and what they mean for a small Nigerian account.

What a trade costs

One standard lot of EUR/USD is 100,000 euros, and one pip on it is worth $10. At Standard’s minimum spread of 1.2 pips, a round trip costs about $12. On Raw+, the commission is $3.50 to open and $3.50 to close, $7 in total, plus the raw spread: at 0.2 pips that adds $2, so about $9.

Most small accounts trade micro lots. At 0.01 lot every figure is a hundred times smaller: about $0.12 on Standard and $0.09 on Raw+ for the same trade. The difference only becomes noticeable if you trade often.

Which account suits you

  • Standard if you are new, trade a few times a week, or want one simple cost to watch.
  • Raw+ if you trade many times a day or run an expert advisor; the fixed commission usually beats a wider spread.
  • cTrader if you prefer the cTrader or TradingView platforms; costs are close to Raw+.

Account currency: USD or NGN

FxPro offers account currencies such as USD, EUR and GBP, and lists NGN for certain jurisdictions. A USD account keeps your profit and loss in the currency most instruments are priced in; an NGN account avoids converting when you deposit and withdraw in naira. If NGN is offered to you, compare the conversion costs both ways. More in our funding guide.

Swap-free accounts

FxPro offers swap-free (Islamic) accounts for religious purposes on request to its back office. It says fees may apply once positions on some instruments stay open for a set number of days, so ask for the details in writing before you hold trades overnight.

Try it on demo first

You can open a free demo account in FxPro Direct or the app and try each account type with virtual money. Demo prices are not always the same as live prices at busy times, so treat demo results as practice, not a forecast.
