Withdrawing from FxPro to Nigeria works the other way round from a deposit: money goes from your trading account to the FxPro Wallet, then out to a payment method in your name. Here is how, how long it takes, and how to avoid the common delays.

Step by step
- Log in to FxPro Direct.
- Move the money from your trading account to the Wallet; leave enough margin for any open positions.
- In the Wallet, choose to withdraw.
- Pick the method, starting with the one you deposited with, and enter the amount.
- Confirm, then follow the request in your transaction history.
The refund-to-source rule
FxPro first returns money to the method it came from, in line with anti-money-laundering rules. If you deposited by card, you can usually withdraw to that card only up to the amount you deposited with it, over the last six months or a year depending on the card processor. Anything above that, such as profits, goes by another method in your name, usually a bank transfer.
How long it takes
| Stage | Timing |
|---|---|
| FxPro processing | 24 hours a day, five days a week |
| FxPro finance team | Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 WAT (07:00 to 16:00 UTC) |
| Bank wire to Nigeria | Depends on your bank and correspondent banks; international wires often take several working days |
Fees
- FxPro says it does not charge for withdrawals.
- FxPro’s minimum bank-wire withdrawal is $100 or the equivalent.
- E-wallet withdrawals may carry a fee if you have not traded.
- Nigerian and correspondent banks may deduct their own charges from incoming dollar transfers.
Why a withdrawal gets delayed
| Reason | What to do |
|---|---|
| Account not fully verified | Finish verification; see the sign-up guide |
| Withdrawal to a different method than the deposit | Withdraw to the original method first, up to what you deposited |
| Bank account not in your name | Use an account in exactly the name on your FxPro profile |
| Open positions need the margin | Close or reduce positions, or withdraw less |
| Wrong bank details | Check the account number, SWIFT code and name, then request again |
Deposits are covered in our funding guide.
